Slowly roast the coffee beans used for Elles at a low temperature, which allows each coffee bean to be roasted thoroughly. This delicate baking provides a strong cherry and brown bread aroma at the end. Eilles has a tantalizing taste, strong spice aroma, slightly bitter and light hazelnut flavor, and a long aftertaste.
