Domestic chain, needs to reach 3 branches or more.
Multinational (2-3 countries) chain, needs to reach 5 (including) branches or more.
Global chain, needs to reach 10 branches or more.
Needs to have professionally certified baking appliances and technology.
The coffee beans used and the interior decoration atmosphere can exhibit local customs or unique characteristics.
Complies with ISO22000 and other hygiene management certifications.
Stylish Cafe - Independent
Must have professionally certified roasting equipment and technology.
1-2 primary baristas required.
The decoration and atmosphere of the store exhibit local customs or unique characteristics and can present the atmosphere of the environment.
Must have an address that can be clearly queried for the secret correspondent to visit the store.
Identity
Whether it is the superior quality, outstanding skills, or distinctive manufacturers, companies, private labels, brand agents, and brand dealer, they can register themselves for the competition. In addition, distinguished the stylish cafe by the scale, they can be subdivided into the chain and independent.
Qualifications
Needs to be legally registered by the local government or have accreditation that complies with/is equivalent to international standards such as ISO9000, ISO14001, ISO18001, ISO22000, ISO50001 (International Organization for Standardization, ISO) and can provide and identifiable relevant information.
Nominated annually by the GSA Committee and meet the 1st qualification.

Product Evaluation Sequence
Regardless of each category, please fill in the 2022 World Latitude Caffe Prize Registration Form in advance for all participating stylish cafe selection. If you have relevant information that can be submitted, please send it to info@wl-c.org.
The World Latitude Caffe Prize will announce the annual Awardees on the official website of the World Latitude Caffe Prize in early April each year, and also send the coffee quality medal certificates all at once.
Notices
All participates' information (2022 World Latitude Caffe Prize Registration Form) will be coded and blindly packaged before they’re given to the GSA judges.
The participates' information will be randomly assigned to each GSA judge for judging and scoring. During the process, the coffees will be randomly exchanged amongst the GSA judges to ensure fairness.
The coding information will not be disclosed to the public or the GSA judges.
All participates' information will be evaluated and scored by two GSA judges at the same time.
The final results will be summed up by percentage (including extra points). The GSA committee will invite the juries to visit randomly and check according to the participates' information you provide to make the appraisal. The contested coffee with a total score difference of more than 10% between the two GSA judges will be judged by the third committee member.
Participants must abide by the World Latitude Caffe Prize regulations and selection results. If the participants are not satisfied with the selection scores, please refrain from radical, unreasonable protests and appeals. The organizer, the World Latitude Caffe Prize, reserves the right to make final changes and interpretations of the results.
