Brand Story

名古屋栄にある「エールカフェ」は空気のような居心地のよさにこだわったオープンテラスのカフェです。
エールカフェではオーダーを受けてから、豆を挽き、一杯ずつハンドドリップで淹れております。
レギュラーブレンドは、コク、苦味、酸味バランスのとれた味わいです。また、コーヒーの表面にミルクで絵を描く「ラテアート」も愉しみの一つ。
特に店内の床には備長炭を埋め込み、土壁は珪藻土という自然素材を使用し、脱臭・保温効果、そして通気性に富んだ特性を持っております。そしてひときわ存在感を放つカウンターは、6m50cmのタモ材の一枚板で、紀州備長炭を特殊な方法で塗りこみ染め上げた、店のシンボル。バリスタが一杯一杯心を込めてお届けする本格的コーヒーを是非素敵な店内でお楽しみください。
