Caffeine-free organic espresso is a particularly dark roast, made from 100% organic Arabica beans from Peru. Pache, Caturra, Tipica and Catimor des Espresso varieties come directly from the Cajamarca region certified fair trade association. The green beans grow from 1600 to 1900 m, and are washed and dried after harvest. The ideal growth conditions from the nutrient-rich soil and Peruvian climate give the wine a strong acidity. In addition, the nuances of milk chocolate and walnuts add to the fun. Organic espresso is caffeine-free and has been processed through a gentle CO2 process. No chemical solvents are used here, only CO2 steam is used to rinse the coffee. In addition to the fair trade seal, this espresso is also certified organic by DE-ÖKO-006. The Frankfurt coffee roaster guarantees fair and ecological cultivation.
