Expression replicates a quality shot that rivals high end electric commercial espresso machines, the user turns the crank handle at a rate that they control the speed and flow of the shot, an ‘Expression’ of the operator’s Barista experience!!, with direct and positive feedback.
Anyone that has made espresso on an electric espresso machine will have no problem making espresso with ‘Expression’ as the coffee making procedure replicates that of any commercial machine.
The user can reconnect with the art of making exceptional coffee. Styled from our industrial backgrounds, ‘Pinks Expression’ draws inspiration from basic espresso operations conducted well to form a reliable and functional espresso machine.

Pinks Elixir is currently involved with the market release of our very own portable non electric professional espresso machine. ‘Pinks Expression’ is a patent pending design for a manual powered hand crank espresso machine. High end materials and finish combine with a machine stacked with all the functions you would expect from a fully commercial electric espresso machine to use anywhere you want
Pink's Elixir also roasts a variety of beans, it is well-known for its "Super Natural" and "Black Magic" blends, which are award winning coffees in New Zealand at the NZ Coffee awards and our experience in coffee is well validated. Our coffees cut through milk and are great for everyday espresso machine use which was always the focus. We always keep it interesting here, and let our flavors change organically with the seasons.
Our main goal being the development of ‘Pinks Expression’ coffee machine at present. The roasting side of the business allows us to easily and accurately separate the influence of the coffee roast versus the coffee machine to determine the exact real world performance of the machine in development. In the industry of roasting fresh coffee means the machine has always been tested with consistent beans. A great advantage in backing and validating the performance of the machine 100 percent at the roastery!!
