PERFECT TEMPERATURE
The coffee maker is brewed with the most optimal water temperatures for the best coffee taste. Perfect temperature throughout the process. There are several success factors that are needed to brew perfect coffee, and the right temperature is one of them. Unlike most other coffee makers, Performance keeps between 92 and 96 degrees from the first to the last drop.
UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY
The pump completely empties the hopper of water at each brewing, therefore there will always be fresh clean water when brewing.
REMOVABLE WATER TANK - ALWAYS CLEAN WATER
The water tank on the coffee maker is removable. This makes it easy for you to refill fresh water when making coffee, while the water will always be clean. On the water tank there is a measuring indicator, where it is marked how much water is needed in relation to grams of coffee. These functions separate our coffee maker from the traditional coffee makers, where it is convenient to use the empty flask as a measure of the amount of water when brewing new coffee. By doing so, the new coffee will bring with it old coffee residues, and the coffee can taste old. For each microscopic coffee residue left after the previous use (it is the fat from the coffee that gets stuck in the flask) the funnel will be slightly flavored with old coffee. After a while, the new coffee will taste like old coffee. Precisely for this reason, Perfromance has a removable water tank that you can fill water directly into. You never carry anything other than the water you just got from the tap.
APPROVED BY NORWEGIAN COFFEE INFORMATION
Performance is approved by Norsk Kaffeinformasjon, which sets requirements for, among other things, water temperature and contact time with the water. To get maximum flavors and aromas from the coffee, it is absolutely necessary that the coffee maker works with the right water temperature from the very beginning and throughout the brewing time. At the same time, it is important that the water does not take too short or too long to flow through the coffee powder. Small deviations allow you to end up with either sour or bitter coffee.
