“KYOTO” has a very deep and rich history. Full of many wonderful traditions, ancient temples, old buildings, and traditional style townhouses called "Machiya" Kyotos cultures are passed down from one generation to the next. One such culture is "Kissa" short for "Kissaten" which has existed in Kyoto for a great deal of time. They are prepared to preserve this culture for the future with conscious awareness, all the while wanting to contribute what we believe to be a progression in the coffee culture. They hope that you are able to catch some of their hearts in the precious atmosphere we have created in our little place. While drinking our coffee may all of your senses be satisfied.

Our work doesn’t end after the coffee has won awards as we will continue to provide support by helping you improve the results, and maximize the usage of the private label’s coffee. We will assist in the launch of your product, learn how consumers respond to your new coffee, and provide suggestions to help you further develop coffee products.
