The bon vivant of our coffees is back. Cask finished green unroasted specialty coffee rests in whisky barrels, slowly absorbing left over heady aromas of whisky through the deft and guile of osmosis. After a month the coffee and whisky find a perfect point of equilibrium ready for roasting with a new, unique flavour profile.

The next release continues our collaboration with the amazing folks at Fable, a small-batch whisky company known for pairing rare single cask whisky with art and storytelling.

Fable have sourced the cask from a 12 year old Glen Elgin American Oak batch. The distillery's sweet, refined, caramel and fruity Speyside whisky is the perfect foil for the ever popular La Virgen from Colombia.
