Winner of the 2003 Italian Barista Championship,

In 2005, Andre founded his own 9Bar company, strengthened the promotion of coffee culture and quality, and provided training in coffee and bar services for private and large companies.

In 2006, 9bar began to take over the Brasilia Barista Training School, which is dedicated to training professionals for the world-renowned coffee machine manufacturer Brasilia.

Now, he is a trainer authorized by the European Professional Coffee Association and a judge of the World Barista Competition. He has served as the coach of the Italian WBC national team many times.
