Resume

Edita has been involved in coffee since moving to London in 2010. Starting as a barista in one of London’s cafes, she progressed to head barista, roaster, and trainer along the way.

She’s now Head of Coffee Education at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee in London, leading SCA training and working closely with the Quality Control department.

Edita is an AST since 2015 in Barista, Brewing, Sensory Skills and Roasting.

Edita has been judging at the national competitions since 2014, and is a WCE Certified Sensory Judge at the World Barista Championship and World Brewers Cup since 2016.
