Renata Malyszko is from Poland. The last 14 years she lives and works in Ireland. Her coffee journey started in 2011, when she started working as barista in a coffee shop. So much has changed since then… She fell in love with coffee! She realised quickly that this is not just a job when she participated for the first time in a coffee competition (2013). Currently she is working for the Irish roasting company “Java Republic” as Coffee Quality Consultant and Barista trainer. She is also Authorised Specialty Coffee trainer ( AST ) in barista module.

Renata is also World Coffee Events ( WCE ) certified judge in 5 possible categories : visual in Latte Art and sensory in Brewers, Barista, Coffee in Good Spirits and Roasting. That allows her to travel around the world to judge all coffee competitions at National / World level. She loves to meet amazing coffee people, adding value to her life by learning the best from them.
